There are lots of buses plying the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore route. The journey takes around five hours and will usually take the Second Link into Singapore, by-passing the busy Johor Baru city. The following are some of the companies:

Fare: KL-SG is RM70 (return ticket is RM140). SG-KL is S$47 (return ticket is S$94).
Note: Buses are clean, spacious and comfortable. Their double-decker buses have a lounge area at the lower deck which is ideal for reading and doing work on a laptop. The comfortable ride takes between 4.5 to 5 hours. The pick-up and drop-off point in Singapore is at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel on Havelock Road. The nearest station is Outram Park MRT but unfortunately, it is not walking distance. The pick-up and drop-off point in KL is at Corus Hotel (along Jalan Ampang and opposite KLCC) which is about 7 minutes' walk to the KLCC station.

Note: The company started its bus operations in mid-2006. The KL pick-up is at TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) which is far from downtown and rather inconvenient. S'pore terminal is at Hotel Grand Central near Orchard Road.

Note: They were probably one of the first bus companies to run executive coaches between Singapore and KL but their service has gone downhill ever since. Staff are no longer friendly and their older buses tend to break down often.

Note: The company recently shifted its Singapore terminal from Copthorne Orchid at Dunearn Road to Balestier Plaza at Balestier Road. There are no MRT stations around the vicinity but the bus stop is right in front. Bus #130 takes you to Jalan Besar and #145 takes you to Cityhall MRT. There are also lots of nice local restaurants around the area. Recommended.
